After exploring the deserts of Egypt and the political situation that became more and more difficult I took the opportunity to explore other remote regions of the world. Orissa (India), Tanzania, Vietnam, North of Myanmar, Ethiopia and Nagaland (North East India) by the end of 2013. You're invited to explore these regions as well by browsing the pages in my Portfolio section. Of course I have a list of destinations such as Mongolia, Cambodia, Laos, Japan, China, Ecuador,.... but there's also the well known church which has to stay in the middle :--)

But time flies and the attentive reader should see that the wishing list is out dated. Destinations such as Cambodia, Laos, China, Ecuador have been visited the past years. Recently I went for 3 months to Central Asia with Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan ... and South Africa. In 2018 I discovered Tadjikistan and in 2019/2020 I visited the West Coast of Africa starting with Morocca and going down to Mauritania, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra-Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast and Ghana.

Due to Covid-19 my upcoming trip to Pakistan is delayed for a year.
